コンドロイチンは長持ちする
コンドロイチン硫酸は「３カ月のんで、３カ月休む」休みながらのんでも関節炎の進行が止まる [MedWave]
軽度～中等度のOA（変形性膝関節症）患者120人を対象に行われた１年間の厳密な試験で、コンドロイチン硫酸を「３カ月のんで、３カ月はお休みする」というのみ方でも、関節の痛みが軽くなり、しかも病気の進行が止まるという効果があった。鮫の軟骨から抽出されるコンドロイチン硫酸は効果は高いものの価格も高かったことがネックでしたが、3ヶ月ごとに服用期間とお休み期間を作って服用することで負担も半分になるわけですね。 飲んでいないときにも関節症の進行が進まないということは、体内に蓄積されたコンドロイチン（そこから誘導されるなにか？）が関節症を抑制しているんでしょうか？ メカニズムの解明にも期待したいですね。
